@erichkeane - is this (or P2989) planned to be seen again in EWGI before Japan? The "P2980R0: A motivation, scope, and plan for a physical quantities and units library" was hoping to use this, and so it may affect the shape of that proposal moving forward.

@inbal2l : This is listed as 'needs revision', but seems to have been superceded by 2989. As the authors haven't updated in more than a year, I suspect this is a dead paper.

Superseded by P2989, will be re-opened if a new revision comes up.
