20.3.1 [intseq.general] p2 still contains the original apply example that
lead to the introduction of std::apply. However, the apply example is not
identical to the requirements given for std::apply in 20.5.2.5
[tuple.apply]. This could be confusing. Since we do not need to educate the
standard's readers, I suggest that we remove the paragraph with example and
the adjoining note relating to it.
This seems purely editorial to me. ( I sent this to the lwg-chair reflector and got the call to submit it here)
