'deque' as it is a fixed-length container like array - although
we have not yet spelled out this sub-category in the tables.

Currently the sequence containers are in alphabetical order. I assumed that was intentional, although it's not necessary. forward_list and list should be adjacent, and I agree it would make sense for array and dynarray to be adjacent.

It seems that dynarray will most likely be moved to a TS, which would make this issue moot for the moment.
