In the current text, the type of binary literals is not defined. I suggest to change the table heading of the third column of Table 6 (Types of integer constants) from "Octal or hexadecimal constant" to "Binary, octal or hexadecimal constant" to fix this.

There is a choice of whether they would act like octal/hexadecimal constants or like decimal constants, so I don't think this is editorial. FWIW, I discovered this and reported this two days ago; it should be on the next revision of the core issues list.
