This note needs adjustments after this motion is applied:

[ Note: That is, a deallocation function template shall have a first parameter of type void* and a return type of void (as specified above). — end note ]

It's still technically correct, but only due to a rule later in the paragraph that a template instance is never a usual deallocation function. In any case, we should not have a "shall" in a note.
