From a note from Mike Miller:

In 13.3.3.1.5p3 [over.ics.list], the "N" you added is not in the same font as the references to "N" later in the sentence. I presume they should all be the same (italics, maybe? That's used in dcl.init.list and looks nice to me, although other places just put it in program font).

Fixes unformatted "N" in "array of N T".

Found another place with the same issue.  I believe code formatting
should be used for these cases, because an italics N is usually
followed by definition of the N.
