N3797 28.10.1 [re.results.const]/6: "Throws: Nothing if the allocator's move constructor throws nothing."

17.6.3.5 [allocator.requirements] states that allocator copy, convert copy, move, and convert move constructors "Shall not exit via an exception."

Therefore, 28.10.1 [re.results.const]/6 should just say: "Throws: Nothing."
