In [tab:meta.rel] some rows say:

shall be complete types, cv void, or arrays of unknown bound.

and some rows say:

shall be complete types, arrays of unknown bound, or cv void types.

I see no reason for this inconsistency. I prefer the first form.

We're also inconsistent about "cv-qualifiers" vs "cv-qualifiers", "cv-qualified" vs "cv-qualified" etc. in those tables.
