Whether all, some, or none of the description of a concept is indented by \itemdescr seems to vary pretty randomly throughout [iterator.concepts].

We should also consider whether we want a Modeled: element to describe the circumstances under which the concept is modeled.

This seems to ask for coordination with LWG.

Editorial teleconference: Have a concrete proposal, then present to LWG. Having "\itemdescr" and "Modeled:" seems reasonable.
