The \newline{} on this line:

\tcode{\libconcept{constructible_\newline{}from}<iter_value_t<I>, iter_reference_t<I>>}

results in this bad entry in the concept index:

Maybe we should use \libconceptx{constructible_\newline{}from}{constructible_from} instead.
