Some functions that are changed to overloads in C++ (in <cstring> and <cwchar>) and C++-only components added to <cstddef> are mentioned in [diff.mods.to.declarations].
But the additions (both overloaded functions and C++-only mathematical special functions) in <cmath> are not mentioned. Is this intended?
