I believe that cv-unqualified is not meant as a grammar term in this context. None of the other uses in the same paragraph are used in this way, so this should be a consistency editorial change.

ugh, I think I messed up this pull request as I am now seeing some new commits tacked on. Sorry, still trying to get the hang of git. I'll see if I can correct, and if not, I'll close this and try again.
