3.9[basic.types]p2 talks about trivially copyable types, but the accompanying example says, in a comment,
std::memcpy(&obj, buf, N); // at this point, each subobject of obj of scalar type // holds its original value
This should say "of trivially copyable type", just like the example in 3.9[basic.types]p3 says a few lines lower.
