[check] Diagnose redundant \tcode in \tcode{\exposid{expos-only-name}} #6150

\tcode{\exposid{expos-only-name}} is a rather common occurrence. The \tcode is redundant, as \exposid adds it. This check should be simple to implement.

The same applies to \tcode{\keyword{keyword-id}}.
