The libreqtab4 LaTeX environment doesn't work #620

Trying to use \begin{libreqtab4} gives:

! Missing number, treated as zero.

It's missing the column widths, e.g. libreqtab4a uses:

{x{.14\hsize}x{.30\hsize}x{.30\hsize}x{.14\hsize}}

Those table envs are defined in source/tables.tex
