Currently the term "lifetime" is only defined for objects and references ([basic.life]), but there're some uses of "lifetime" for other things.
[intro.progress]/14 (Note 9) talks about the lifetime of a thread of execution. [thread.barrier.general]/1 talks about the lifetime of a barrier. It seems that both occurences of "lifetime" are about some execution, not a (j)thread or barrier object.
[basic.stc.general]/1 talks about the lifetime of a storage.
Should we use other words in these places?
