It seems that UB for front and back is already implicitly specified in [sequence.reqmts]. Perhaps we should strike [array.zero] p3 (which may misleadingly suggest that an operator[] call is possibly well-defined).

Also, would it be better to explicitly specify the preconditions for a.front() and a.back()?
